1. Take a piece of paper and put your email address, the name of the Ebook or the Bet Package you would like to purchase on this paper.
2. Take the proper amount of cash wrap the piece of paper around the cash, so as it won't be seen through the envelope. You may want to wrap the cash in the paper and a napkin if it makes you feel safer.
